How do I see abandoned checkouts?

    If you'd like to follow up with customers who have entered their email address into your checkout page but never completed the order, you may do so as follows:

    1. Go to Plugs from the left sidebar menu.

    2. Click on any plug (or click the three dots and select View).

    3. Go to the Analytics tab.

    4. By clicking the number under Abandonments, you can see the email addresses of those customers who did not complete their checkouts.
