If you've negotiated a discounted rate with FedEx, then you can enter your account number when you activate your FedEx service so that the discounted rate appears to your customers at checkout.
Get FedEx Sandbox API Credentials

Register for a FedEx developer account if you do not already have one.
Login to your FedEx online account. - Visit FedEx Web Services Page -->
Develop and Test
-->Get your test key
3. Complete the form and make sure you select
Global and US
, then accept the agreement to continue. If you're testing intra-country within European countries, select the right country in addition to a US and Global account number.4. Note down the Developer Test Key, Account Number, and Meter Number.

Your Developer Test Key Registration is complete,

-->Get Production Key
Complete the forms, then accept the agreement to continue.
