We provide buyers and sellers (referred to respectively as “merchants”, “buyers”, “sellers” and, together, “users”) with an e-commerce platform, plug&paid, (referred to as the “service”, “services”), that facilitates the sale and purchase between buyers and sellers of products and services (referred to as “items” ) via a button, link or widget (referred to as “plug”, “plugs”).  Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. We care about your privacy. This policy sets out in detail how we manage the personal information you provide to us. Your use of this site will be governed by this Privacy Policy, among other things.

    What information do we collect?

It is the choice of the user whether to provide personal information, however if a user does choose not to provide certain requested personal information that user in certain circumstances will not be able register or able to use certain features of the site.

    • In order to facilitate the buying and/or selling of items and services on our site;

Such staff and technical contractors are subject to obligations of confidentiality to us, and you authorise them to gain access to personal information as part of their services to us.

    Some of our technical contractors are located outside of Germany.     Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) individuals based in the European Union have right to have their personal data erased. If you fall under this category some main points about your right to have your personal data erased:

    3. plug&paid is required to comply within 1 calendar month to your requests regarding your right to erasure. 

    4. The right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances.

    1. Deleting your customer's record. Visit your buyer's page, find the customer you wish to remove and select "Delete Buyer" in the options dropdown. This process is automated and all personal information of the customer is deleted instantly.

    Language of this Policy

    1. Where Google has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Privacy Policy, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Privacy Policy will govern your relationship with Tamio GmbH.

    2. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Privacy Policy says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence
